Wilkens c.s. Translators & Interpreters has a dedicated team of translators and revisers who are involved in the execution and quality control of your projects. We also have a network of carefully selected external staff (freelancers) at our disposal. All of our translators are native speakers and are qualified at university or higher professional level.
The location manager at Wilkens c.s. Translators & Interpreters bears the final responsibility for all your projects. He is responsible for motivating, coordinating and supervising all Wilkens c.s. staff.
The sales manager directs the account managers and is responsible for realising the commercial goals of the company; the account manager is your dedicated point of contact, and the person to speak to regarding any specific requirements you may have. The project coordinator takes care of the planning for your project, communicates with the translators and shares responsibility with your account manager for the quality of your translation.
